For the effective implementation of doctoral programs and assurance of the connection between research and educational components, the goal of the Chemical-Biological Direction of the Center is :
- Establishing partnerships (signing a memorandum) with higher education institutions that need the help of doctoral students in the implementation of the theoretical and practical parts of the dissertation research;
- Establishing partnerships with scientific-research institutes and centers;
- Promoting the implementation of scientific-research work of doctoral students, particularly:
- Purchase of chemical ware and reactants necessary for research, within the framework of the financial capabilities of the Center;
- Share of experience of scientists from different fields with young researchers;
- Assistance of contacts with local and foreign scientists and scientific centers.

Effective management systems
The aim of the direction is to promote the relationship of natural and social sciences and humanities in the social and economic development of the country.

Intersectoral, multi-disciplinary research will develop in the following main directions: economics, information technology (IT), justice, business management, public administration.
Doctoral students will be referred to eminent researchers in the field of natural sciences. The aim of the assignment is:
- Description of the form, measurement and calculation of real objects to perform individual operations;
- Selection of various methods for setting complex tasks and receiving new knowledge;
- Modeling the latest theoretical and applied research approaches.
